And for some reason it decided to remove Overlook Whiz I have for monitoring servers from my Samsung phone. So I’ll have to set them all up again. If it was just 2 or 3 I wouldn’t mind but it’s quite a bit more and it’ll cost me just time an effort for no obvious reason either.
The list of apps that dissappeared just keeps getting longer and I’ll add as I come to think of them at the end of this post.
I do hate “patches” that aren’t properly tested and a company at the size of #Samsung should know the importance of such things.

Maybe I should have a look at #Google #Nexus or even #Apple #iPhone because this was absolutely useless programming.
Software disappeared so far (the ones I’ve noticed that is) ..I’m sure I’ll have to keep filling in the list.

Update: After a phone reboot , actually a couple of them, apps started magically reapppearing. I noticed there was some new security policy applied to the phone. Some of the apps I did aöready reainstall myself but for instance F secure came although oddly enough with the antitheft settings removed? Not all apps are back since I still see icons missing in different screens…
One interesting oddity is that the weather now always shows the wrong temperature (faaar too warm) u til I manuaöly update it. I’ve also noticed that the powerbutton responds a lot slower when turning on the screen?
And it removed my #Fsecure mobile security?????? Wtf Samsung? Get your testing in order!
